Troop 4475 it a new kind of Troop

Girls are so, so, so busy.  There is an endless array of things to do. The leaders of Scouting America Troop 4475 want girls to do it all!!!!!  

Our unique format allows for flexibility in location and meeting day/time while still belonging to and getting all the benefits of Troop membership.  Patrols (small groups) meet for 4 weeks out of the month where they work on advancement, instruction, trip planning and have fun.  They are guided by an Assistant Scoutmaster.  The Patrol can choose the location and day/time to meet that works best for the members.  You want to meet after sports practice? During siblings Scout meetings? After church? At lunchtime? No problem!

One weekend a month the Patrols gather for a Troop campout and meeting where they do team building, Troop level training, and friendly patrol competitions.  The youth led Patrol Leader Council, guided by the Scoutmaster, meets before the Troop Meeting to take care of Troop administration. 

Weekend camping, service projects, summer camp and fundraising are done at the Troop level.
